

Yep it's the Fall !
We've been blessed with some pretty good weather during the Summer and Fall this year and it's been great to get outside and use the boats and have a chat amongst ourselves. We've been keeping to the health protocols and wearing the "dreaded" mask, a wise precaution even though the Covid count has been low in our area and, as older guys, we try to avoid any potential problems whatever we're doing. QMS 5th Pond Day Report
Our 5th Pond Day was a great event. We had 10 members and 1 guest on a sunny, but cool, day that saw some testing done, and some not done. Jeremy put his Fairwind in for a few runs. Bob cut his testing short because of a noisy driveshaft, and Dirk forgot his radio. October Meeting
Things are looking up for QMS. We were able to meet again to discuss Club activities and reveal progress on our current constructions. Don had his completed Miss Supertest III mounted on a display board complete with dramatic rooster-tail. John showed us his progress on his WWII armed tanker, the Glasgow, which he is planning to put in a dock-side diorama with a crane, buildings, and maybe a railroad.
